NOTE: The phone number provided in this guide is not the same as the one in the email or invite you received. Before being allowed to join, you will be asked to enter the conference ID from above: First locate the calendar event or the invitation email: Step 1) To join a Skype meeting, you may connect using the phone number provided within the calendar invite or invitation email. Type in the meeting name in the Subject box. Next, type in the email addresses of all participants you wish to invite (remember to separate each email address with a semicolon). Step 2) If the user does not have an Office/Skype license or the desktop application. On the Ribbon go to the Home tab, and in the Skype Meeting section select New Skype Meeting. If you don’t have Skype for Business on your computer, or don’t have a Skype for Business account, you can use Skype Meetings App or Skype for Business Web App to join a Skype for Business meeting from your browser.
